You must be at least 18 years of age to use Nexora. By registering an account, you confirm that you are of legal age in your

jurisdiction to engage in cryptocurrency investment activities.

Nexora reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to comply.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region.

Nexora does not offer services in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency investment is prohibited by law.

To access Nexora's investment features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify Nexora immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Nexora will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your

credentials.

Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to any third party.

Nexora offers two types of investment plans.

Fixed Return Plans offer a stated daily profit percentage for a defined period. Returns are credited to your wallet daily as

specified in the plan details.

Robot Trading Plans utilize Nexora's proprietary AI trading algorithm. Daily returns may vary based on market conditions and

algorithm performance.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investment in cryptocurrency carries inherent risk.

You acknowledge that returns are not guaranteed and that the value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly.

Deposits must be made using the cryptocurrency wallet addresses provided in your dashboard.

Nexora is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses or for transactions made on unsupported networks.

Deposits are credited to your account after the required number of blockchain confirmations. Processing times may vary depending

on network congestion.

All deposits are subject to review and Nexora reserves the right to hold, delay, or return funds flagged for suspicious activity.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days.

Nexora reserves the right to extend processing times in exceptional circumstances including security reviews, high transaction

volumes, or system maintenance.

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount as displayed on the Withdraw page. Network fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Accounts that have not completed KYC may be subject to withdrawal limits.

Nexora complies with international Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

All users may be required to complete identity verification at any stage of using the platform.

By submitting KYC documents, you confirm that all information and documents provided are genuine, accurate, and belong to you.

Submitting fraudulent or falsified documents will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Nexora operates a referral program that rewards users for inviting new members to the platform.

Referral bonuses are credited to your wallet when a referred user completes registration and makes a qualifying deposit.

Abuse of the referral program, including creating fake accounts or using bots to generate artificial referrals, will result in

immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all referral earnings.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities.

Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or referral programs.

Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems.

Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform without authorization.

Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users or Nexora staff.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable

for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of investments, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nexora does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

Nexora reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

Nexora reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of Nexora after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by international financial regulations and applicable laws.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
